Animation Research...

As soon as I was in this group, i remembered a stop motion video that i love, a music video, for the song, "Her morning Elegence". The song itself is not a huge hit, but with the help of its video, has catapulted it, into many peoples homes, because of a fantatsic, even quite simple idea of a video, about someone dreaming, the video is one of the reasons why I am intersteed in animation, and is a big interest of myself, using stop motion, to create the idea of reallness in an object, and almost being alive itself...

New year, New resolution...

Well the start of a Year 2 will, has so far and will hopefully carry-on to be a great one, in which I will develop myself more as a practisioner and learn all the relative skills which i will need in my future as an independant Visual Communicator.

Today set the ball rolling for me, within group works, i got into my group accidentally, my initial idea was to go into the environmental impact group, however i feel that i would benefit from learning more about animation and video, as this will become more useful, and i can elaborate on this, when developing pieces of animation and video, to do with the environment.

I really wanted to experiment with both mediums in this project, however having done my previous on video, i do think that that is something i can just touch on in this project, or just see how it takes me, when developing my animation skills.

Within this brief, a few things that i want to learn are, Stop-motion, Claymotion, Drawn animation, and I would like to touch on other aspects of animation, such as cgi, just to learn more about it...
